Multiply (stylised as x) is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released on 20 June 2014 in Australia and New Zealand,[1] and worldwide on 23 June through Asylum Records and Atlantic Records.[2]
The album received positive reviews from music critics. It was an international success in its first week on sale, charting at number one in twelve countries and reaching the Top 5 in eleven other countries.
The album’s lead single, “Sing“, was released on 7 April 2014,[3][4][5] becoming Sheeran’s first single to reach number one in the UK.[6]
